Welcome to House of Emary. This website and online store are operated by The Good Things LLC, Sultanate of Oman.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “House of Emary”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Good Things LLC trading under the brand House of Emary.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility to Use Our Store
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law.
If you are placing an order on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
2. Products
House of Emary specialises primarily in attars, oud and fragrance products.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, fragrance notes, sizes, packaging and images accurately.
However, minor variations may occur between the product shown online and the product received, including differences in colour, packaging, label positioning, bottle appearance or presentation resulting from photography, screen settings, production batches or packaging updates.
Such minor variations that do not materially affect the nature, quantity or quality of the product will not normally constitute a defect.
3. Fragrance Experience
Fragrance perception is subjective.
A fragrance may smell, project or perform differently depending on factors including application method, fabric, climate, temperature, storage conditions and individual perception.
Personal dissatisfaction with a fragrance, including dislike of its scent, perceived strength, projection or longevity, does not by itself mean that the product is defective.
Customers are encouraged to review the fragrance description and notes carefully before purchasing.
Our separate Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all return and exchange requests.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or obvious pricing errors.
Delivery charges, taxes or other applicable charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
If we discover a material pricing or technical error after an order has been placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of such an error, we may cancel it and refund any amount already paid, subject to applicable law.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse or cancel an order because of circumstances such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect customer information, an obvious pricing error, misuse of promotional offers or an inability to deliver to the supplied address.
If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the applicable amount paid for that cancelled order will be refunded.
We may also limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method or order where reasonably necessary to prevent resale, misuse or fraudulent activity.
6. Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
name, telephone number, email address, delivery address and any other information required to process the order.
House of Emary will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We cannot guarantee that information can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
7. Payments
Orders must be paid through the payment methods available at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and financial institutions. Their own terms, security procedures and privacy practices may also apply.
We reserve the right to withhold fulfilment where payment has not been successfully received or where a transaction is subject to reasonable fraud or security concerns.
8. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes, gifts and special offers may be subject to additional terms communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
We may cancel or reject the misuse of a promotion, including duplicate-account abuse, manipulation of eligibility requirements, automated purchases or other activity reasonably considered fraudulent or abusive.
We may modify or discontinue a promotion before its stated expiry where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect rights already acquired under a completed qualifying transaction except where permitted by law.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates provided by House of Emary are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, customs, regulatory restrictions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted under our voluntary cancellation policy.

10. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to confirmation by House of Emary.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be voluntarily cancelled.
Sealed and unused products may be eligible for an exchange request within 2 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For voluntary exchanges, applicable return, collection and re-delivery shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Products whose shrink wrap or security seal has been removed, broken or tampered with are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange for reasons including hygiene, product integrity, change of mind or fragrance preference.
11. Damaged, Leaking, Missing or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery.
Transit damage, leakage, missing-item and incorrect-item claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
For these claims, House of Emary requires a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning before the outer courier package is opened, clearly showing the shipping label, sealed parcel, opening process and contents.
This evidence assists us in verifying claims and investigating the matter with the delivery provider.
For genuinely defective or non-conforming products, applicable statutory consumer rights will continue to apply.
12. Product Care and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for following any instructions provided with the product or on our website.
House of Emary will not be responsible for product deterioration or damage caused by improper storage, misuse, mishandling, dropping, excessive exposure to heat or sunlight, modification, contamination or use contrary to the supplied instructions.
Customers should keep fragrance products securely stored and away from circumstances that could reasonably damage the product.
13. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information appearing on our website is accurate and current.
However, occasional typographical, technical, pricing or content errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and make reasonable changes to website content at any time.
14. Intellectual Property
All content associated with House of Emary, including our brand name, logos, product photography, website design, graphics, written content, product descriptions, videos, artwork, packaging concepts and other original material, is owned by or licensed to The Good Things LLC, unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create competing commercial materials without our prior written permission.
You may use publicly available website content solely for ordinary personal and non-commercial purposes.
15. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities, attempt to interfere with the website or its security, submit false information, impersonate another person, misuse promotional offers, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the website for improper commercial purposes, or infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website or our services are being misused.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, courier companies, analytics tools, advertising platforms and other technology providers.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
Where you choose to interact directly with a third-party service, that provider's own terms and policies may apply.
17. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment or other content to House of Emary, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant The Good Things LLC a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and display such content in connection with House of Emary's website, marketing and social channels, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.
We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant or infringes the rights of others.
We will not knowingly alter a genuine customer review in a way that materially misrepresents the customer's opinion.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Good Things LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such liability can lawfully be excluded.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of our website, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not impose liability on a customer for exercising legitimate consumer rights.
20. Force Majeure
House of Emary will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, government actions, customs restrictions, transportation disruption, telecommunications failures, labour disruption or other comparable events.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with the customer and resolve the matter.
21. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how The Good Things LLC collects and processes personal information.
Our online store is hosted using Shopify and may use other service providers necessary to process orders, payments and deliveries.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
Changes will apply from the date the revised Terms are published on our website.
Changes will not retroactively remove statutory rights relating to transactions completed before the update.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or transactions with The Good Things LLC will be subject to the competent authorities and courts of the Sultanate of Oman, except where mandatory consumer law applicable to a transaction requires otherwise.
This is especially useful for you because when you later open sales across the GCC, we don't have to rewrite the entire Terms page merely because customers can order from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar or Bahrain.
24. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict or exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
House of Emary reserves all rights available to it under applicable law.
